I had a dream the other night which birthed the following revelation. I could not and did not want to keep it to myself but the details of the dream are long and I couldn’t write it here.  But please read and share what it meant: 

There are so many of us who have been lied to and deceived by the devil that we now think it’s “okay” to be imprisoned by him. We get used to the manipulation and slavery and even tell others “you’ll get used to it”. We ourselves being slaves have indirectly become slave masters to others without even knowing it, doing the work of the one who imprisoned us in the first place. 

But there are three things to know: 

1. YOU CANNOT HIDE. 

The devil was thrown down to this world. He is the prince of this world (Jn 14:30, NIV) and he won’t stop tormenting the people of this world because he knows his time is short. He goes around seeking who to devour. He is always out to steal, kill and destroy and he’s as wise as a serpent. 

2. GOD LOVES YOU.

That is the hope and the victory you have. Because of this love he made you more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37) , that is someone who is more than a victor because the battle has been won. There is a key to victory and that key is available to all. 

3. THERE IS A NAME! 

Hallelujah! There is a name above all names and by that we can be saved! That name is Jesus (Philippians 2:9-11) . The one who won the victory for us so that we no longer have to remain imprisoned as slaves. By that name we posses this earth! By that name we colonize the world although it is not our home; we are in charge for the time we are here and the devil and his co hosts can try but they can’t do anything about it!!!!

If you want to be free. It’s simple! 

The devil can threaten you into thinking you cannot survive without him; the devil can trick you into thinking that God’s love costs too much!!!! 

But God is saying- just accept my love! Just accept my Son, the key of your freedom! Just see how much I want you to win and come to me. It’s that simple! 

There are many people living in a prison of bondage, sickness, fear, limitation, poverty, alcoholism, prostitution, different addictions; and they want out while some don’t even know they are being manipulated. We have to pray for these people; we have to show them the way out. 

We have to be humble and bold to relate with those who do not understand the freedom. Paul said for the sake of the gospel he had to be all things to all men (1 Corinthians 9:22) and Jesus being equal with God had to humble himself as man and face the cross (Philippians 2:6-7).
Those who are set free can only be vessels used by God to help others. Just give Him all of you(offer yourself as a living sacrifice- Christ sacrificed himself and died so we could live!) Romans 12:1
