Anywhere and Anytime.

Refrence: walkingthefenceline.wordpress.com

Last week while fasting I found it was difficult to pray. Not that I didn’t want to but it just felt like I didn’t have the ‘right moment’. With waking up at 5am and closing at 5pm, not getting home till 7:30 or 8 and wanting to sleep at 10 so that I can have enough sleep to wake up at 5 am- pheeewww! (God bless mothers)- it’s been enduring. Sometimes once it’s 6pm I just start looking for food. I’ll probably just say a short prayer. There’s also one prayer I pray:

“Lord I join my faith with that of the other members of RCCG fasting today, please answer our prayers and let your name be glorified” (especially when I know I didn’t really pray.)

I don’t know how many people can relate to this. But one thing I have at the back of my mind is God always hears me (John 11:42) so I try always to talk to him. Even if I don’t have a prayer point I just thank Him for something I remember.

The point I’m trying to make is never take talking to God for granted. Remember He loves to hear you say. (Click on the Here to read)

Firstly, speaking in tongues is very good. It not only edifies you, the Holy Spirit helps you to pray. Secondly, you don’t have to wait for the ‘right time’ or the ‘right moment’. The right time to talk to God is now cause he always listens.
I learnt a while ago about something Saul did:

“As Saul was speaking to the priest, the confusion in the Philistine camp kept getting worse, so Saul said to him, “There’s no time to consult the Lord!””
1 Samuel‬ ‭14:19‬ ‭GNT‬‬

Let nothing that we do take us to the point that we feel there is no time to consult God. Remember he gave us everything. So let’s give Him the one thing he gave us that we can give back- Our Lives.

Yes ooh! We are mobile prayer houses. As temples of the Living God, we need no other location or timing!
Prayer is always welcome at all times in the temple which we are!
    Glory to God….!!!!
